The Do Not Mail list is a list that contains the email addresses of contacts who do not want to receive email from you again, e.g. contacts who unsubscribe or who report your email as spam and want to opt out from your lists. Once a contact is added to this list, your future emails won't be sent to this contact.
Step 1: Login to your Spread account, click “Contacts” > “Do not mail list” > “Add”
Step 2: Add contacts or upload contact list
a. Text Box : Enter the email address that should be excluded from all of your emails to be sent in the text box. Then click Upload.
b. Upload Excel: Choose your Excel format contact list, for non-English characters, please upload contact list in .xls format, because .csv or .txt format may generate encoding issues. Then click "Upload".
